Description
The HELI GA2LI Series Lithium-ion Box Truck Compact Forklifts (CPDSR15–CPDSR20) are engineered for high-efficiency material handling in confined warehouse environments. These stand-up, three-wheel counterbalanced trucks combine compact design, advanced energy-saving technologies, and ergonomic features to optimize productivity and operator comfort.
With load capacities ranging from 1.5 to 2.0 tonnes (3000–4000 lbs), the CPDSR series is ideal for narrow aisle operations and high-density storage. The trucks feature a small turning radius and programmable speed settings, allowing precise maneuverability in tight spaces. Regenerative braking and optimized hydraulic systems contribute to significant energy savings, while LED lighting reduces power consumption by up to 80%.
Powered by 48V lithium-ion batteries with capacities up to 404Ah, these trucks offer extended runtime and fast battery changes via side extraction and roller systems. The battery compartment is designed for easy access and maintenance, and the AC motor system ensures quiet, powerful, and low-maintenance operation.
Operator comfort is a priority, with side stance positioning for improved forward and rear visibility, padded armrests, and adjustable Grammer seats. The intelligent security control system automatically adjusts tilt and drive speed based on mast height and load, enhancing safety during high-lift operations. The OPS (Operator Presence System) ensures the truck stops automatically when the operator leaves the compartment.
Maintenance is simplified with removable side and top panels, providing easy access to key components like the drive motor, gearbox, and controller. The trucks also feature a reliable digital instrument panel that displays real-time operational data and fault alerts.
