Course Overview
Where:
- At your site (minimum 4 operators, up to 6 max)
- On customer sites or at our training premises in Lower Hutt (subject to numbers and machine availability)
Course Length:
- One full day
Pre-requisites:
- Operators must have prior experience and knowledge of the machines they will use
- Must bring NZ ID (Driver’s Licence or Passport)
What’s Involved:
- Theory Session: 3.5 hours including assessment
- Practical Training: Hands-on operation of up to 2 EWP machines (depending on machine type and operator numbers)
Refresher EWP Card Training
Your EWP certification expires every 3 years and MUST be renewed to maintain compliance.
Where:
- At your site (minimum 4 operators)
- On customer sites or at our training premises in Lower Hutt (subject to numbers and machine availability)
Course Length:
- Approximately ¾ day
Pre-requisites:
- Must hold EWP Unit Standards (23966 & 23960 or 23962, 23963 or 23964)
- Provide evidence of prior certification and NZ ID
- Current EWP card issued by a registered instructor
What’s Involved:
- Theory Session: Includes assessment
- Practical Training: On EWP machines (up to 2 machines depending on type and operator numbers)
