The HELI G Series CPD120–CPD180 Lithium-ion Heavy Forklifts are engineered to meet the rigorous demands of heavy-duty industrial operations. With load capacities ranging from 12 to 18 tonnes, these forklifts are ideal for container handling, oversized cargo movement, and operations in ports, docks, and shipyards.
Built on HELI’s mature and modular platform, the G Series offers over 68% component universality and 80% standardization, reducing spare parts inventory and simplifying maintenance. The permanent magnet synchronous motor provides high efficiency, rapid response, and low failure rates. Water-cooled motors and controllers ensure optimal performance under continuous heavy loads.
The drive axle is purpose-built for heavy-duty use, featuring wet braking, dust and water protection, and a maintenance-free design. The hydraulic system delivers precise control and stability, while the mast supports large cargo and container handling with optional attachments such as fork positioners, booms, and spreaders.
Battery options include capacities up to 175 kWh, supporting up to 8 hours of operation with just 1 hour of charging. The system is compatible with standard EV charging infrastructure and includes insulation monitoring, temperature management, and IP67-rated components for all-weather reliability.
